For a long time I was looking for an object which
would allow me to synthesize and combine all my theoretical and cultural research. In 1997, I cast my first crystal
and diamond pens at the Cristalleries de Normandie. I then met with the company BACCARAT who had been trying to
develop this technique for some time. For a number of years, with the help of my collaborators, I studied the culture
of many different civilizations. I soon realised there existed a magical place between the history of these civilizations,
my own technical research into matter and the writing object itself. For three years, we have gathered, copied
and filled page after page. We created groups of themes: Hebraic, Cursive and Sanskrit letters and hieroglyphics
as well as the one thousand five hundred symbols and sculptures which have accompanied Man's history. We then cast
the first of these writing tools. The creative process perfected, we are now pleased to offer you these pieces...
On request, we can create
any small range of pens on the theme of your choice: a special
date, birthday, star sign with study, birth, family or company event
etc.
