Pen creation
Technique: production details
Every piece is unique. Engraved directly on the mold or molded on the model, the pens are cast in bronze, gold
or silver on the client's request, then polished and plated with 25 micron silver or 10 micron, 24-carat gold.
The company MICROTECH and Mr François-Yves LETHIER have developed the mechanism of these fountain pens.
It is produced in Germany and made from gold. The conduit is ebonite, the inner is made of teflon and the inside
conduit is brass.
The assembly of the nib, settings and quality control tests are carried out by the company MICROTECH. |
